GAIN GRAPHICS UI Functionality Update

Combine the functionality of the action image replacement buttons into the UI for complete coverage of the utility, allowing for users to replace specific images, replace just the back image, or just add a new image and layer to the back.
Added help tooltips for onboarding and clarity.
Database modifications were necessary which allowed me to make other adjustments for the “featured designs” section.
